Problem with APM-J0233-WS-IR

Hi, I tried to setup my camera via IP Camera Tool but after process is done I'm no longer able to access camera via tool and neighter via browser. The green LAN led keep blinking and it needs many tries to reset camera. Any suggestions. Thanks in advance

do you use cable connection or wirless?
if it is wireless ,pls try to setup cable connection first.
if it is wired,pls tell me the current version of you ipcam tool and version of your ipcam if you could login to get it.

I use cable connection. The IP Camera Tool version is 0.1.1.1, ip camera firmware is 17.25.2.41 and web UI is 20.8.3.70
